As a Payroll Advisor, you will provide a comprehensive Payroll service to the business. The role will deliver Payroll and Benefits transactional activities that are accurate, of high quality with a focus on first class customer service and continuous improvement.**Responsibilities**Provide a high quality end to end payroll service to the business in an accurate and timely mannerProcessing and review of all weekly and monthly Payroll transactional activities including occupational and statutory payments and deductionsProviding support to employees with any payroll-related inquiries.Keeping up to date with all relevant legislationSupport with the annual pay review and bonus processAdministration of Pension schemes including Auto Enrolment compliance requirements, regular reporting of membership and contribution data to the providersAdministration and reporting of employee benefits such as PMI, Life Assurance and SAYESupporting the annual production of P11d’s for employee benefits in kindWorking as a team to meet Payroll deadlines as part of the wider People function**Experience**Relevant Payroll qualification is essential, ideally CIPP qualified or relevant experienceTrue end-to-end Payroll specialist, ideally with in-house experienceSubject matter expert in relation to current UK payroll and pension legislation with a passion for payroll controls and governanceEvidence of continuous professional development relating to payroll and benefitsPayroll systems and operational experience at a professional level, ideally WorkdayTeam player with the ability to work under pressure with a focus on attention to detail**Benefits**Doncaster BasedHybridFlexibility on start/finish times - Covering core hours between 8am -5:30pm25 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany pensionShare save SchemeHere at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
