Team Leader – Step Into Store Leadership We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Lower Heathcote, Warwick Food Convenience Store (39 hours per week). This is your opportunity to move beyond a standard retail role and take real ownership—leading a team, driving performance, and building the skills to progress into Store Management. What You’ll Be Doing As a Team Leader, you’ll take responsibility for key areas of the store and step up to run the operation in the absence of the Store Manager. You’ll: - Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver strong performance - Take ownership of shifts, including opening and closing the store - Drive excellent customer service and make us the go-to store in the community - Support recruitment, training and onboarding of new colleagues - Manage performance, attendance and team engagement - Control key commercial areas including waste, stock and labour - Maintain high standards across availability, merchandising and compliance This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be expected to lead from the front and make decisions that impact the store’s success.
