Join to apply for the Legal Secretary role at PREMIER OFFICE SYSTEMS. We are looking for a fast and accurate typist to support one of our clients with their secretarial requirements during a transition period. This role will start immediately and requires the ability to audio/copy type and type from dictation.
Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive PA support to the Conveyancing Solicitor, including diary management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and excellent client care.
* Preparing and formatting legal documents, contracts, completion statements, and other conveyancing-related paperwork.
* Opening, maintaining, and closing client files in line with firm procedures and compliance standards.
* Managing digital and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.

* Organised, motivated, and detail-driven individual with a passion for supporting a busy conveyancing practice.
