Technical Product Owner
Salary - £50,000 - £60,000

Role Overview
We are hiring a Product Owner / Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of product features, from idea to launch. You will work closely with engineers, the CTO, and the CEO to ensure every feature is clearly defined, well planned and delivered on time to a high standard.
You will also help the wider company follow a shared delivery process, making sure everyone understands priorities and trade-offs when needed, so teams can move fast.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, clarity, and momentum, not process for process’ sake. Your role is to help each team use the right way of working for them, adapting and mixing approaches when needed (Waterfall, Agile, XP…) to ensure work is delivered on time and with quality
Responsibilities
* Own day-to-day delivery of product initiatives, from PRD to release
* Break PRDs into clear tickets with well-defined scope and acceptance criteria
* Run daily check-ins with engineers to track progress, unblock issues, and make decisions
* Maintain and prioritise the delivery backlog, balancing scope, timing, and dependencies
* Track project status and risks, keeping delivery on schedule
* Keep stakeholders (CTO, CEO, Product teams) informed with clear updates on progress and trade-offs
* Maintain a clear view of the ongoing roadmap, upcoming work, and delivery timelines
* Coordinate testing, Q&A, validation, and release readiness across projects
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead in a growing team or fast-moving environment
* Strong ability to turn ideas and PRDs into actionable tickets engineers can work from
* Comfortable working closely with engineers on technical projects (APIs, backend, Data integrations)
* Able to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities without losing clarity
* Pragmatic mindset: focused on delivery, outcomes, and smart trade-offs
* Comfortable owning delivery end to end, not just planning
