ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be knowledgeable about Scottish cuisine and culture, entertaining, engaging, and empathetic with all of our customers on tour
* Manage the visits to our restaurant and food shop partners in the best way for our guests and our partners
* Troubleshoot and think on your feet when needed to make sure everything runs smoothly
* Small administrative responsibilities such as checking guests in and signing for numbers at the vendors

* You are a strong storyteller in English
* You are flexible in working hours, including weekends
