This leading education provider is investing heavily in its Engineering and Construction provision and is looking for an Electrical Installation Lecturer to join its growing team. In this role, you will work with apprentices and full‑time learners studying Electrical Installation qualifications. You will deliver both practical and theory‑based sessions, helping learners develop the technical knowledge and hands‑on skills required to succeed within the electrical industry. Full teacher training and ongoing support will be provided, allowing you to confidently transition into a teaching career.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Electrician with strong industry experience and an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. Teaching experience is not required. The college is looking for individuals who are passionate about their trade and keen to pass on their knowledge to the next generation.

The Role:
* Deliver Electrical Installation theory and practical sessions to apprentices and full‑time learners.
* Support, mentor and develop learners throughout their qualifications.
* Full teacher training and teaching qualification provided.
* Monday to Friday, 37‑hour week.
* Excellent long‑term progression and development opportunities.
The Person:
* Qualified Electrician with Electrical Installation experience.
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* Industry experience within domestic, commercial or industrial electrical environments.
* Passionate about developing and supporting others.
* No teaching experience required.
The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
