Your new role
This newly created, fully on-site HR role spans two locations, with travel expenses fully covered. Reporting into a People Business Partner and working in close partnership with directors and senior stakeholders, you’ll be the dedicated HR presence across both sites. The role is generalist in nature, with a strong focus on employee relations, engagement, EDI, and learning & development—both designing and delivering initiatives. You’ll also act as a key liaison with the payroll team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing and driving forward ER cases, including investigations, absence and performance
2. Advising managers on employment law and HR best practice
3. Delivering L&D and engagement initiatives across both sites
4. Supporting payroll queries and acting as a mediator with the central team
5. Building strong relationships with stakeholders including Directors, SMT, FD, Ops Director and Department Heads
What you'll need to succeed
6. You’ll be CIPD Level 3 qualified with solid experience in a generalist HR role.
7. Strong knowledge of employment law and the ability to manageplex ER cases is essential.
8. You’ll need to be able to hit the ground running, andfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
