We are currently seeking an experienced Line Controller to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead, support, and coordinate the production team to consistently achieve line targets • Uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety at all times • Ensure all production documentation and records are completed accurately and on time • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management • Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to maximise performance What We're Looking For: • Proven experience as a Line Controller or in a similar supervisory role • Background in production or food manufacturing (highly desirable) • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills • A proactive, reliable individual with a strong focus on safety and quality • Ability to motivate teams and lead by example If you're an experienced Line Controller looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
