We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Technical Manager to join our team within Vistry Services Special Projects, based at our Brentwood office. You’ll take a proactive role in design development advising on industry changes and identifying risks and opportunities to support the wider departmental strategy.
The Special Projects team was created to investigate and remediate fire safety issues in buildings over 11 metres developed by the Group over the past 30 years. The role also involves managing claims related to fire safety under the Defective Premises Act, Building Safety Act 2022, and contractual liabilities—all with the aim of ensuring resident safety and upholding the Group’s long-term commitments.
