A great 6-month opportunity has opened up in Wiltshire for a Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting Assistant to join a dynamic finance team in a thriving business environment.
In this role, you'll take ownership of fixed asset management and lease accounting, ensuring accuracy through effective data controls and reconciliation processes. You'll also assist with financial reporting and audit support, playing a key role in maintainingpliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and Lease Agreements
2. Ensuring accurate internal lease recharges and financial entries
3. Collaborating with relevant teams to support transaction processing
4. Performing balance sheet reconciliations and assisting with audits
Ideal Candidate:
5. Experienced in an office-based finance role with strong attention to detail
6. Working towards a recognised accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/AAT)
7. Skilled in Excel, with the ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment
8. A team player who enjoys problem-solving and process improvement
