Senior Key Account Manager – Consumer Electronics (UK & Ireland)

We’re seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of major UK retail partnerships within the consumer electronics sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape business strategy, drive omni-channel success, and work with leading retailers on exciting product categories.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Retail for the UK & Ireland, you’ll act as the key link between the business and a selection of its most high-profile retail partners. You’ll develop joint business plans, maximise marketing investments, and deliver measurable results across both in-store and online channels.
This role will suit someone who is commercially astute, highly organised, and passionate about driving growth through collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the performance and growth of major retail accounts, meeting both revenue and strategic objectives.
* Develop and implement annual and quarterly business plans, ensuring clear focus and accountability.
* Identify new commercial opportunities across omni-channel retail environments.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders within your accounts.
* Launch new products and initiatives successfully, ensuring alignment with partner goals.
* Lead joint planning sessions, setting shared targets and reviewing progress regularly.
* Track performance metrics, manage budgets effectively, and analyse ROI across campaigns.
* Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Forecast accurately and report on key business insights to support planning.
* Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and commitment to excellence.
About You
* A proven track record in account management within consumer electronics or a closely related industry.
* At least 8 years’ relevant experience working with major UK retail or omni-channel partners.
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
* Confident communicator, capable of influencing at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into action.
* Experienced in managing budgets, delivering ROI, and leading cross-functional projects.
* Fluent in English, with excellent presentation skills.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-focused — with a genuine passion for delivering value to both customers and colleagues.
