PURPOSE OF THE ROLE This role acts as the central point of contact for Regional Managers, Customers, and Franchisees, delivering high-quality administrative and customer support. You will also provide day-to-day assistance to the Key Accounts Manager to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create, organise and maintain job records. Handle inbound and outbound calls. Manage customer and franchisee correspondence. Resolve customer complaints. Oversee contract renewals. Manage quotation requests and purchase orders. Schedule and process invoices. Process and upload orders. Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding quotations, work orders, service updates and general queries. Liaise with accounts, tenders teams, and business development managers. Conduct credit control for key accounts. Manage customer portals. Carry out any other reasonable duties.
