NEC ECC Project Manager - UK Wide Project Manager - Water & Environment | NEC4 ECC Specialist Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex water and environment infrastructure projects across the UK. Working with clients including the Environment Agency, Local Authorities, and Water Utilities, you will play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered collaboratively, compliantly, and efficiently under NEC4 ECC frameworks. You will bring strong NEC4 ECC experience across medium to high-value, complex infrastructure contracts. You will have a proven track record in programme management, commercial delivery, and risk management, with the ability to drive successful project outcomes. A collaborative and proactive approach is essential, enabling you to work effectively with clients and project teams. Experience with NEC4 PSC, or the ability to apply transferable skills across different NEC contract forms, is also highly valued. In this role, you will act as an impartial NEC4 ECC Project Manager, administering contracts, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing commercial and programme performance. You will lead risk management, drive innovation and sustainability, and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
