Are you an experienced conveyancing professional ready to take full ownership of your caseload in a dynamic, supportive environment?A respected legal firm with a strong presence across Kent is expanding and looking for a confident and capable Paralegal to join their busy residential property team.What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing a caseload from start to finish (flexible depending on your experience)
* Handling sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and remortgage transactions
* Liaising with clients and estate agents daily
* Managing exchanges and completions
* Taking dictation and handling telephone queries with confidence
* Delivering excellent client care through regular updates and professional communication
What They’re Looking For:
* Experience in residential conveyancing – ideally already managing your own caseload
* Qualified or part-qualified (e.g. CILEx, CLC, Fee-earner Paralegal)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, client-focused approach and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
