Overview
We have an exciting vacancy for a Digital Support Officer in the Digital Team of the Norfolk & Waveney ICB. The post provides administrative support to the team in monitoring and managing projects, including project reporting, scheduling, resources, allocation and task tracking. It is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will support the Digital Team, work with providers and partner organisations across the ICS on a range of projects aligned with the DPMO (Digital Project Management Office) functions.
You will be organised, motivated, and an excellent communicator who can provide practical support for all stakeholders. You will be confident using software to create high-quality marketing communications and training materials shared via a variety of channels, including social media. Main duties
The main aims are to provide administrative support to the digital team, practical support for primary care and care providers, and support Digital Project Management Office functions for the digital team.
* Support the team in monitoring and management of digital projects, including reporting, scheduling, resources, and allocation & tracking of tasks.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including ICS staff, system suppliers and external organisations.
* Plan and implement a range of benefits and change management activities involving a wide variety of stakeholders.
* Support business change by analysing and documenting gaps between current and future processes and working with staff to develop implementation plans.
* Support benefits baselining and realisation work.
* Facilitate the identification and introduction of new business practices, aligning new technologies with opportunities for service improvement, staff development, and improved patient experience.
* Assist with maintaining risk, issue, action and lesson learnt logs for programmes.
* Support the maintenance of benefits registers, chase actions, conduct surveys and collect information to support benefits analysis.
* Maintain all project documents including version control.
* Manage shared inboxes, allocate and monitor tasks.
* Be the first point of contact for the digital team, manage social media and communications channels and keep them updated.
Knowledge, Training and Experience
Essential
* Degree or equivalent, or significant experience at a similar level in health or social care
* Knowledge of administrative procedures, change management, project management or information analysis
* Skills in communicating complex information and administrative matters with developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
* Skilled in using social media platforms for sharing and communicating information
Desirable
* Basic knowledge of project principles
* Skills for supporting project management and change management
* Ability to prepare comprehensive draft reports, data and presentations
