Due to continued growth across residential and commercial developments, MCK Brickwork Limited is seeking an experienced Brickwork Site Supervisor to oversee site operations and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of site performance, lead teams on the ground, and play a key part in delivering projects safely, on time, and to specification.

The Role - What You’ll Be Responsible For:
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of brickwork operations on site, ensuring projects run efficiently and meet programme and quality targets.
Key duties include:
* Supervising brickwork gangs and subcontractors on site
* Coordinating daily site activities to meet programme requirements
* Ensuring all works are delivered to specification and quality standards
* Monitoring productivity and reporting progress to management
* Enforcing health & safety compliance and site regulations
* Managing materials, deliveries, and site logistics
* Liaising with main contractors, site managers, and other trades
* Conducting site inspections and quality checks
* Resolving on-site issues and maintaining workflow continuity
* Supporting project planning and sequencing of works
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Brickwork Supervisor or Foreman Preferred
* Current NHBC Standards
* Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects
* Ability to manage and motivate site teams
* Strong understanding of health & safety requirements
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and leadership abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred
* CSCS card required
* Full UK driving licence
