Our client, a well-established and reputable social housing contractor, is currently looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to work across occupied domestic properties. This role covers installations, testing and inspection, and day-to-day reactive repairs within a social housing environment.

The Role
Working on a local patch, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical works in tenants' homes, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. Duties will include:
Electrical installations and upgrades in domestic properties
Testing, inspection, and certification (EICRs)
Day?to?day responsive and planned maintenance repairs
Fault finding and remedial works
Working in occupied homes and providing excellent customer service
Completing paperwork and reports accurately using handheld devices
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties
Full UK driving licence
