The Bristol team is expanding and they are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor who enjoys leading work, building relationships and being recognised for their expertise.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading professional and project surveying instructions across commercial and public sector portfolios
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and repeat instructions
* Delivering surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis and contract administration
* Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
* Playing an active role in shaping the Bristol team’s growth
What they’re looking for
* Chartered Building Surveyor
* Strong consultancy or property background
* Confident delivering both professional services and project work
* Comfortable leading instructions and advising clients directly
* Collaborative, practical and commercially aware
