We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Credit Controller to join our collaborative Finance team at OL. Who are we? As our Credit Controller, you will be central to maintaining a healthy cash flow, actively recovering overdue debt, reducing bad debt, and improving reporting. You’ll work closely with the Senior Credit Controller, Sales, and the wider finance team to manage the full credit control cycle. What will you do? As our Credit Controller, you will: Support our end-to-end credit control process Proactively recover overdue payments, by confidently picking up the phone and chasing debt in a professional, customer-focused way Build strong relationships with customers to resolve queries and remove barriers to payment Work closely with Sales to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes Prepare reports and KPIs on aged debt, collections, and invoice volumes Support month-end processes and wider finance tasks as needed Who are we looking for?
