Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients within architectural and construction sectors
Build relationships with architects, practices, and key project decision-makers
Generate, qualify, and manage new business leads and enquiries
Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and opportunities
Support business development by creating a consistent pipeline of opportunitiesKnowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound business development
Experience communicating and working with architects and construction professionals
Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills
Confidence engaging with senior professionals and navigating organisations
Strong organisation, lead qualification, and self-management skillsPackage and Benefits:
