What the Job Involves As the ARC Manager at Cardiff Children’s Services Adolescent Resource Centre, you will be responsible for developing and managing the ARC, leading a team of Support Workers and a deputy manager, and overseeing sessions conducted by trained therapists. You will implement evidence-based practices and interventions, ensuring excellent standards of work within the team. Additionally, you will collaborate with all relevant sectors of the Local Authority and other statutory, independent, and voluntary sector services to address adolescent needs and promote positive outcomes.
