Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) – DRIVER REQUIRED WITH OWN VEHICLE; SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE. Shifts: Zero-Hour Contract, flexible Monday to Sunday, 7am–10pm. You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car to be shortlisted for this role. Sponsorship is available.
This role is with ICare Group, a community-focused care provider dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people in their own homes. Our services include personal care, daily living assistance, companionship and wellbeing checks to ensure clients feel safe, supported and valued.

What You Will Do
* Provide Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
* Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and shopping.
* Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and connection to reduce isolation.
* Wellbeing Checks: Regular checks to ensure safety and needs are met.
* Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies on privacy, health and safety and care standards.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve care processes.
What We are Looking For
* Experience in Care: Previous care experience preferred; a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
* Positive Attitude: Friendly, supportive demeanour with a genuine passion for assisting those in need.
