Good afternoon,
We are currently recruiting for an exciting HR Coordinator opportunity for a Birmingham based public sector organisation.

HR Coordinator
Duration: Permanent
Location: Birmingham
Working model: Hybrid with at least 3 days on site per week
Pay rate: circa £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full time (Mon-Fri 9-5)
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of the organisation’s People Strategy and HR policies in line with strategic goals
* Provide initial HR advice on routine matters and escalate complex issues appropriately
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure effective use of HR systems
* Manage the administration of recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
* Assist with drafting employment-related communications
* Prepare HR reports and contribute to policy updates
* Support the coordination and delivery of HR projects, including job evaluations and performance reviews
* Provide administrative support to CEO when required
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar HR administrative role
* CIPD Level 3
* Public sector experience ideal but not necessary
