Temporary PA / Administrator – National Organisation (Bromsgrove)Rate: £15-17 per hour Contract: Full-time, 3 months Location: Bromsgrove – 4 days per week in office, 1-day WFHWe’re looking for a capable and proactive PA/Administrator to support the Director and wider Executive Team within a national organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who enjoys a varied workload.PA/Secretarial focus: •Attending Board and Executive meetings •Taking detailed minutes •Preparing Board packs and agendas •Providing traditional PA and meeting support GDPR / Data Administration focus: •Handling GDPR and Subject Access Requests •Redacting and preparing sensitive documentsFor this role you would need proven experience as a board level secretary/PA, or company secretary and minute taking and board level experience.If you have any queries about the role contact Katie on 0121_633_4443.
