The Role
You'll be the bridge between our customers and our product. This isn't a typical "check the box" customer success role - you'll be instrumental in our growth phase.
Core Responsibilities
* Customer Success (90% of role): Own customer relationships from onboarding through to advocacy
* Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to ensure they're extracting maximum value from Specifi
* Run product demos that showcase powerful features customers didn't know existed
* Identify at-risk accounts before issues escalate
* Be the voice of the customer internally - your insights drive product improvements
* Collaborate with product, support, and development teams to solve customer challenges
* Drive feature adoption and ensure customers are using tools that transform their business
* Build relationships that turn customers into passionate advocates
* Supplier Success (10% of role): Coordinate supplier onboarding to ensure smooth integration into our platform
* Liaise with product data team to ensure all supplier products are properly uploaded and configured
* Work with marketing to launch new supplier partnerships effectively
* Ensure suppliers understand the value they bring to our dealer network
What You'll Bring

* Experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or similar role
* Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
* Comfortable working strategically while handling day-to-day execution
* Data-driven approach - you can spot trends and act on them
* Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
* Thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities
* Self-motivated with strong initiative
Bonus Points
* Experience in the AV, integration, or project-based industries
* Background in scale-up or high-growth environments
* Technical background or ability to quickly grasp complex software
* Experience with CRM/project management platforms
* Track record managing supplier or partner relationships
What Success Looks Like
* Month 1: You're up to speed on Specifi, building relationships with key accounts
* Month 3: You've identified and retained at-risk accounts, smoothly onboarded new suppliers
* Month 6: Retention metrics are climbing, customers are expanding usage, you're the go-to expert on customer needs
* Month 12: You've built scalable systems, customer satisfaction is exceptional, and you're helping shape product direction
