TheRole:
This position involvescommunicating with customers and suppliers via phone calls (andemail too). Although emailing is an option (and most things aredone this way) due to time constraints during the day making aquick phone call is preferred. We are looking for someone confidentenough to handle this aspect such as following up with a deliveryprovider or contacting a customer for essential order details.While sending an email might cause delays a brief phone call canresolve matters swiftly.
* Managing yourdesignated key customer accounts
* Speaking toyour customers regarding their orders ensuring the informationrelating to the order is accurate and that the customer has beenquoted correctly
* Providing pricing and productinformation to your customers viaemail
* Responding to emails and taking incomingphone calls
* Updating the quotation system withinformation such as volume quantities and technicalspecifications
* Matching invoices with deliverynotes
* Collaborating with the wider teamregarding stock updates and deliveries
* Ensuringall customer information is entered accurately on the CRMsystem

* This is afull time office based role
* Hours of work arebetween 8.30am and 5pm (8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to5pm)
* Early Friday finish (on rota) if workingcompressed hours
