This customer service role requires a proactive attitude and a willingness to engage in service repairs, commissioning, and maintenance communication teams.
Our team consists of eight engineers selected for their exceptional skills and training, providing great exposure to top talent in the business.
Responsibilities:
* Offer technical advice to customers on the effective and efficient use of our products and equipment.
* Commission, install, and test our products and equipment to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Address and resolve complex issues that may emerge during the implementation or operation of our products and equipment.
* Investigate and suggest new product upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and expectations, thereby securing future business opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Power Grids Grid Automation Engineering Department to support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems, communication networks, and protection systems.
Background:
We are considering candidates with degrees in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, Construction, and Software Engineering.
We seek someone with a positive approach to engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with all levels within the business.

Occasional nationwide travel across the UK is required, with the possibility of offshore training and travel to offshore sites.
