Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Laboratory Setting, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance
* Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
* Accurately detail production data and maintain records
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement process improvements
* Assist in training and mentoring junior operators
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
* Proven ability to operate complex machinery and equipment
* Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
