Who You Are We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a relevant background in local government or the public sector. You should hold a chartered status of CIPD or possess a Level 5 qualification while working towards full CIPD membership. You are expected to be available to start as soon as possible. What the Job Involves The role provides an HR advisory service encompassing a variety of activities. You will advise managers on general HR queries and support restructure/TUPE processes. You will also act as the HR Advisor on Employee Relations matters, particularly advising the Chair at hearings and appeals. Additionally, involvement in policy development and implementation may be required.
