Own the night. Lead with confidence. Be the calm in the quiet hours. Night Manager Full-time | Night Shifts Lead the hotel when it matters most Our Night Managers are trusted leaders. When the hotel settles down for the night, you step up — creating a calm, safe, welcoming environment where guests feel looked after and teams feel supported. This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and making a real impact. You’ll be the face of the hotel overnight, running the operation with confidence and care, and setting the tone for a great guest experience by morning. What the role feels like This isn’t just about locking doors and running reports. As Night Manager, you’ll: Take ownership of the hotel overnight, acting as the senior leader on duty Be the calm, reassuring presence guests rely on if something goes wrong Lead and support a small overnight team, keeping standards high and people motivated Handle arrivals, departures, and guest queries with warmth and professionalism Ensure safety, security, and brand standards are consistently met Complete night audit and handover, setting the day team up for success You’ll work with autonomy, make real decisions, and have the space to do your job properly — without the constant noise of daytime operations. Who this role is for You might already be a Night Manager, or you could be a Night Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Front Office leader ready to step up. What matters most to us is that you: Are calm under pressure and confident making decisions Care deeply about guest experience and team wellbeing Communicate clearly and lead with empathy Are organised, reliable, and comfortable working nights Bring a positive, professional approach — even at 3am Previous night audit experience is helpful, but not essential if you bring strong leadership skills and the right mindset.
