Job Overview
The Associate Project Management Apprenticeship offers an opportunity to work closely with project teams and senior project managers to deliver project outputs. Responsibilities include scheduling, risk management, cost control, stakeholder management, and governance. Strong technical and soft skills are essential.

Training and Support
All candidates will undertake the Association of Project Management Qualification (APMQ). K10, a disability confident employer, supports apprentices with varying needs and provides reasonable adjustments during the interview process.
Working Conditions
40 hours per week, typically starting between 07:00 and 08:00, including paid college hours.
Candidate Profile

* Ability to analyze information and communicate effectively
* Willing to visit different sites and training days
* Curious and quick learner
* Able to work in all weather conditions and follow health & safety protocols
Minimum Requirements
* English and Maths GCSE Grade 4 / C or equivalent
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Willing to travel between South-East London and Maidstone
Preferred Qualifications
* Interest in project management and career development in the field
Training Details
The apprenticeship lasts 18 months, during which K10 will fund your Level 4 Associate Project Management course through an accredited provider.

* Resided in England for the last 3 years and have the right to work
* Not enrolled in other courses
* 18+ years old
