REALTIME are on the lookout for a Production Coordinator to join us on a fixed term basis to help support the delivery of one of our largest Games Animation projects to date.
As a Production Coordinator on this project working alongside the Senior Production Coordinator and Production Manager you will be the backbone of production operations, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and task management. This role involves supporting the production team in meeting deadlines and maintaining efficiency throughout the pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinating and monitoring multiple animation teams effectively.
* Ensuring project scope, status and completion information in Shotgrid and is up to date.
* Managing daily and weekly targets to deliver the schedule set by the Production Manager, ensuring that dates, priorities, statuses and comments are accurately maintained.
* Conduct rounds and run dailies, driving the Leads and Supervisors approvals – sending the agenda, running the session and adding notes to Shotgrid; outline Production requirements such as Client deliveries, end dates, bid days and targets
* Address and resolve scheduling conflicts
* Help manage client deliveries and ensure all specifications are met.
* Accurately create mandatory project reports and support with data preparation.
* Support the Production Manager with the resource schedule and timesheets/OT management when required.
* Perform any other duties as reasonably required.
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in ShotGrid
* Familiarity with file-sharing and communication platforms like Slack or Google Workspace.
* Basic understanding of CG or VFX software.
* Knowledge of database or asset management tools.
