A bit about what you will be doing:
Joining D&D London as the Restaurant Marketing Manager,
you’ll be a pivotal member of the team, managing a cluster of restaurants. It’s
a dynamic role. One that calls for a customer-focused creative mastermind who
isn’t afraid of numbers and can turn innovative ideas into purposeful, cover
and revenue-generating activity.
Behind our restaurant promotions, you'll collaborate closely
and be the central point of contact with our dedicated general managers, head
chefs and restaurant teams to cook up exciting campaigns that will spark
excitement across London (and beyond). If you're passionate about food, possess
a strategic mindset with a creative flair and cross-functional collaboration
skills, you'll fit right in and play a crucial role in elevating our restaurant
marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic
and creative annual & monthly marketing plans and tactical campaigns
that drive brand awareness, consideration and covers. Working
cross-functionally, regularly report on the ROI with strong analytical
skills.
* Act as the brand guardian for all customer communications,
ensuring information is always up to date and on brand.
* Plan, manage and, where appropriate, generate digital (eg
imagery, videos, copy) and physical content assets (eg POS), to be used
across the 360 customer journey.
* Working with the digital and wider marketing team, develop
a digital marketing strategy, annual plan and tactical initiatives for the
restaurants, encompassing paid advertising, database acquisition &
retention, website performance and third-party channels.
* Manage the day-to-day relationships with PR agencies, as well
as working together with group PR to identify opportunities to raise the
D&D profile.
* Responsible for the restaurant social media channels
including creation of content, influencer relationships and community
management, as a well as working with D&D social team to grow the
overall engagement.
* Foster and grow relationships with the local community,
tapping into grassroot marketing opportunities to enhance trade.
* Working with PR and internal partnerships team, foster
relationships with existing beverage suppliers and introduce new lifestyle
brand partners to develop and execute an engaging partnership activity plan.
* Working with the operations and events teams, manage the
logistics of in-restaurant marketing-related events.
* Support the Sales & Events marketing team through broader
restaurant marketing efforts.
* Communicate restaurant marketing
activities with the restaurant operations teams and broader business, to
ensure everyone is on the same page.
Requirements:
* Proven experience of brand and campaign
management within the hospitality industry
* A proactive self-starter with a keen eye for
detail, a creative flair and evidence of out-of-the-box thinking
* Exceptional organisational skills and strong
sense of discipline, with evidence of prioritising and structuring tasks/ time
efficiently
* Adaptable, comfortable working at pace and
dealing with ambiguity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, great at building relationships within the business
