If you've visited one of our restaurants before, you’ve probably got some idea of what's involved in working here. But you might not realise the variety and scope of the role. We want every McDonald\'s customer to have a brilliant experience, every time they visit. That means hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant. As an Overnight Crew Member, you'll make it happen, whether you're preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers\' needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Provide friendly, fast and accurate service. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.


Responsibilities

* As an Overnight Crew Member, you’ll help provide hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant and deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness; assist with preparing food, serving on the till or assisting in dining areas; complete tasks in line with training, guidelines and management direction; and follow all safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
* Provide friendly, fast and accurate service and work as a supportive team member to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
* Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.


Qualifications and Skills

* Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; strong team player with effective communication skills (attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact).
* Ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued; capable of maintaining energy in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.

Requirements

In order to comply with UK & Ireland working time regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 5am, please only apply if you are above this threshold.
