This is a rare opportunity for a junior commercial property solicitor to join a highly regarded regional firm where you’ll be exposed to high-calibre work and supported by a genuinely collaborative team from day one.
You’ll join an established where everyone pulls together, and juniors are empowered early – you’ll be trusted to run your own lower-complexity matters and get involved in major transactions worth up to £20m, all while learning directly from experienced senior associates and partners.
Within six months, you’ll be managing your own caseload and supporting on larger transactions. Within a year, you’ll be fully embedded and recognised as a reliable, valuable member of the team. By year two, you could be stepping into a mid-level associate role, mentoring others and continuing to grow your client-facing experience.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in commercial property, without the rigid culture or punishing hours of some city firms.
Who we’re looking for
4. Ideally 1–4 PQE.
5. Solid drafting and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
6. A strong work ethic and genuine eagerness to develop
7. Friendly, switched-on and confident with clients
8. Able to manage a caseload and keen to contribute to a team effort
