Clinical Lead – Complex Care (Learning Disabilities) Location: Bedford (On-site) Salary: Up to £50,000 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 We’re recruiting a Clinical Lead – Complex Care (Learning Disabilities) to join one of the UK’s leading complex care providers, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across services in Bedfordshire. This is a stable, Monday–Friday leadership role (no shifts or weekends), supporting services in and around Stagsden, Bridge End, Biddenham and Bromham. The Clinical Lead – Complex Care (Learning Disabilities) role is suitable for candidates living within a 30–40 minute commute. The Role As Clinical Lead – Complex Care (Learning Disabilities), you will provide hands-on clinical and operational leadership across complex care services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities including Autism and Cerebral Palsy.
