Are you passionate about creating fun, safe, and nurturing environments for children? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Club Supervisor to join our team and provide engaging wrap-around care for our primary school children.
About the Role
1. Supervise and positively engage with children during play and planned activities.
2. Confidently establish professional boundaries and guide children’s behaviour in line with the school’s Behaviour Policy and club expectations.
3. Lead after-school club care with a commitment to safeguarding and protecting children.
4. Demonstrate patience, care, and a nurturing approach at all times.
5. Communicate professionally with parents and carers, ensuring safe collection and drop-off procedures.
6. Work collaboratively with other staff to support individual children’s developmental needs.
7. Maintain records and follow club procedures, adhering to the school’s Behaviour Policy, Safeguarding Policy, Staff Code of Conduct, and guidance.
What We’re Looking For
8. Experience in education, childcare, out-of-school care, or youth work.
9. A clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
10. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
11. A fun, energetic, and responsible approach to working with children.
12. Behaviour management skills based on respect and compassion, in line with our school values and ethos.

Key Details
19. Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Term Time Only)
20. Contract: Temporary
21. Pay: KSA (Full-Time Equivalent £24,513.00 / Pro-rata £8,440.00)
