We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Customer Integration Manager role for a Logistics and supply chain company based in Daventry. Our client is a third‑party logistics company for eCommerce that makes fulfilment more accessible to customers. They provide experienced, dynamic, and client‑centric solutions while utilising innovative technology to address the growing need for logistics solutions in the e‑commerce business. They are searching for additional members to join their team as they grow.
Requirements
* Must be comfortable with a wide range of operating systems and platforms.
* The ideal candidate will also be analytical and have an eye for detail.
* 1-2 years of experience in an IT job in logistics, including knowledge of warehouse processes.
* Experience in the industry/eCommerce – logistics and marketplace interactions.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with people externally and internally outside the team.
* Knowledge and experience with coding systems such as Java are required; other languages are preferred.
* API integration experience, both website and program‑based, with knowledge of API parameters.
* It is necessary to be fluent in both Mandarin and English.
* Possess the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
* A British driving licence is required.
