TheRole:
We are looking to recruit aRecruitment Advisor to join our growing team. Reporting to the Headof HR you will be responsible for overseeing the internalrecruitment for the group as well as supporting across a range ofHR matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity tocontribute to the overall success of the organisation by ensuringrecruitment and HR practices align with business objectives andfoster a positive work environment.
The keyresponsibilities of the roleare:
* Collaborating with internalhiring managers to conduct job analysis develop job descriptionsand define candidate requirements.
* Supportingwith the development and implementation of recruitmentstrategies.
* Writing engaging job adverts andposting in order to attract and hire toptalent.
* Overseeing the sourcing screeninginterviewing and selection process of candidates in collaborationwith hiring managers.
* Ensuring a positiverecruitment process for all parties communicating regularly withcandidates and managers throughout.
* Building apool of top talent for future opportunities within the business.
* Managing positive relationships with externalrecruitment agencies and HR partners as needed.
* Maintaining accurate and uptodaterecruitment/HR records and documentation ensuring compliance withdata protection regulations.
* Ensuring a smoothonboarding process for new employees including preparing necessarydocumentation coordinating orientation sessions and providingrelevant information.
* Conducting HR inductionmeetings and assisting managers in developing onboarding plans fornew hires.
* Working collaboratively with theTraining Administrator and hiring managers with new hire trainingneeds and booking training courses asnecessary.
* Preparing and analysing recruitmentand HR data reports including employee turnover demographics andperformance metrics.
* Ensuring compliance withemployment laws and regulations by updating policies and practicesaccordingly.
ThePerson:
The ideal candidate willhave proven experience of working within internal recruitment ortalent acquisition. You will have specialist experience inoverseeing all aspects of the recruitment process includingadvertising proactively resourcing shortlisting interviewing andonboarding. You will have a positive cando attitude and be anenthusiastic creative team player. You will be a confidentcommunicator who enjoys building positive longterm professionalrelationships with hiring managers candidates andstakeholders.
The successful candidate will befully IT literate with knowledge of the MS Office Suite. You willhave experience of using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tomanage the recruitment process in an accurate and timely manner.You will be detail orientated with excellent organisational skillsand the ability to prioritise a busy everchanging workload.
Ideally the role holder will come withexperience of working as part of an inhouse HR team and ofsupporting across a wider range of HR duties. A CIPD qualificationis desirable but not essential.
