Greensleeves Care have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to work full time at Clarendon Lodge in Rickmansworth.
As a Deputy Manager, you will:
* Ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the needs of the individual resident, monitoring and maintaining these standards;
* Assist with the management of the Homes staffing, financial and material resources, including involvement in staff recruitment and selection
* Taking responsibility for the running of the Home in the absence of the Home Manager
* Leading and facilitating in staff and residents meetings, staff training and development activities.

* Nursing qualification and current PIN Number.
* Relevant experience of working and supervising staff within a care home
* Excellent knowledge of the CQC standards
* Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework underpinning practice in relation to the care of older people
* Excellent communication and administration skills along with the ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workload
