We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Duties
* Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
* Assist other maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Deliver excellent customer service by addressing any maintenance-related concerns from staff or clients promptly.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility.
Requirements
* Proven experience in maintenance with strong mechanical knowledge.
* Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
* Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is advantageous.
* Strong leadership skills with prior supervising experience considered an asset.
* Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to quality service delivery.
