Vacancy: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: High Wycombe
Contract: Long term contract to July
Pay: £110 to £130 per day
Start: November 2025
As a HLTA your key responsibilities will be;
* Support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons
* Lead intervention groups and provide additional support to students who require it
* Contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the students
* Assist with the assessment and evaluation of student progress
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
The successful candidate will have:
* A relevant Higher Level Teaching Assistant
* Experience working in a primary school setting
* Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
