Location: Newark (must live in or around the specific geographic location)
Accountable to: Area Director of Partnerships

* £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on‑target earnings.
* £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

Main Purpose of the role
The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency business. The partnership model gives you a flexible working arrangement to build a personal estate agency service and optimise your own work/life balance.
As a Partner you will operate a local business, building your own customer base, marketing your personal brand and providing an end‑to‑end service from valuation to completion of sale.
Responsibilities
* Act as an employer with the flexibility of a self‑employed model, managing your own diary and client activities.
* Generate leads, close sales and deliver superior customer service.
* Develop and maintain local relationships and brand awareness.
* Utilise company technology and marketing tools to grow your business.
* Collaborate with local branch hub teams for lead management and support.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
* Proof of right to work (passport or birth certificate) and required identity documents (proof of address, National Insurance).
* Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to become the best estate agent in your area.
