Job Description
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join a friendly team in a permanent, full-time role based in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration and customer service who enjoys a fast-paced environment. While experience in the promotional merchandise industry is a plus, we are open to considering other backgrounds depending on your level of experience.
What you will be doing
* Providing customer support and processing orders.
* Producing quotations for a wide range of products.
* Making and receiving telephone calls with a pleasant manner.
* Handling queries and complaints with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in administration and customer service (at least 1 year is required).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong computer literacy with great spelling and grammar.
* The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A candidate who is looking for a long-term position and is passionate about what they do.

* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
* Location: On-site in Birmingham, no remote working available.
