Position: Full Time (37 hours per week) and Permanent

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Part Time Delivery team!
We are seeking someone who can efficiently handle both incoming and outgoing emails related to our part-time training courses. You will also be responsible for providing general administrative support for all part-time funding strands and commercial activities.
As the initial point of contact for all queries, you should possess excellent customer service skills to handle personal and telephone enquiries. Additionally, you will assist with the Meet and Greet service for training courses, which may require travel to other campuses. You will also be responsible for administering all matters related to enquiries for part-time training courses, including facilitating bookings, quotations, purchase orders, EBS resource bookings, and financial recording of payments.
You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 'C' or above or equivalent, including English and Mathematics. With excellent organisational and IT skills, you should have the ability and confidence to work with administration systems.
