It's an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to join a friendly and experienced specialist brain injury and neurological care service. The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre provides specialist care for up to 46 residents at any one time. They provide individualised assessment and intensive rehabilitation to help people recover from a brain injury. Working at all times to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of independence and quality of life. The service has a minibus for appointments and some fun outings and a state-of-the-art therapy pool, which allows residents to focus on re-gaining cognitive abilities that may have been lost. A specially designed therapy kitchen allows users to learn new skills that will serve them long after they have left the service. There is also a gymnasium where all residents are encouraged to keep themselves active and socialise with others.
