Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse or Assistant Needed – Southend-on-Sea, Essex Strategy Education are recruiting for a Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse or Assistant to work in a Good rated nursery connected to a primary school in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. The nursery’s prime focus areas are on PSED, physical development, communication and language. We’re looking for a Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse or Assistant to work alongside a supportive and caring team. As a Nursery Nurse or Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS, observing and assessing children’s development, and working closely with your fellow team members to provide the very best care. What we are looking for: * Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) * A genuine love for working with children and helping them flourish * Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude This is a temporary role with the possibility of this becoming a long term/permanent role for the right candidate.
