Join Our Team as a Research Coordinator!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the world of clinical research? We are looking for a Research Coordinator to help us implement groundbreaking research studies. In this role, you will play a vital part in recruitment, data collection, and reporting results, all while working with one of the leading healthcare providers in the U.S.
Your Responsibilities
As a Research Coordinator, you will:
* Recruit and consent research participants.
* Conduct interviews (both telephone and in-person) to screen for eligibility.
* Follow up with study participants via phone, email, or mail.
* Prepare and process questionnaires and other study correspondence.
* Track study participants using MS Excel.
* Maintain accurate records and files of your work.
* Review, edit, and enter participant data into a database.
* Assist with literature reviews for proposals and manuscripts.
* Handle bookkeeping related to study budgets, including ordering supplies and managing participant incentives.
* Perform administrative tasks such as typing labels, copying, faxing, and meeting preparation.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A high school diploma or General Education Development (GED).
* A minimum of 6 months of clinical research experience.
* Experience in the medical field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
We’d love to see:
* Phlebotomy skills.
* A tech-savvy mindset.
* A genuine interest in growing within Clinical Research.
* Experience in data entry.
Work Environment
This is a fully onsite position in Charleston, SC, requiring you to work 5 days a week. You will have the unique opportunity to engage in clinical research trials and contribute to meaningful healthcare advancements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on your job classification and length of employment. If eligible, you can enjoy:
