The opportunity:
As a result of the exciting growth within Zurich Corporate Risk, we are looking for an experienced Income Protection Claims Case Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Customer service is a priority for us, and if you share our passion for putting customers first, we would love to hear from you!

What will you be doing?
As the Claims Case Manager, you will assess and manage Group Income Protection Claims, building trust-based relationships with your portfolio of customers. You will handle your own caseload, assess new claims, review ongoing claims, and liaise with our Rehabilitation Team as needed. Your role involves technical claims management, information gathering, and effective communication, including sensitive conversations with vulnerable customers.
Who are we looking for?
* Claims management experience; CII Claims qualifications are preferred but not essential
* Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement
* Ability to handle varying workloads and priorities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to communicate sensitively with vulnerable customers
* Strong judgment and decision-making skills
* Positive team contribution
* Attention to detail and focus on quality and root cause analysis
