Advert The post-holder will provide effective administrative support to Neighbourhood Housing Officers, supporting colleagues and tenants across a specific geographical areas, covering all tenancy, income collection and estate management activities. The post-holder will deal with and respond to a wide range of enquiries from tenants, residents and other customers by providing advice and information at the first point of contact through assessing customer needs, in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
